Custom Formulation

In the development of solutions for unique needs, it is common to find that the materials available do not meet the performance requirements to achieve the goal. We go to great lengths to first find a workable material before recommending a custom formulation.

Properties such as superior release, extreme environmental temperature ranges, abusive performance environments or the need for lateral and vertical strength that still allow for mold ability and flexibility are often reasons for custom formulations.

Custom Formulations can include co-extrusions such as cloth with plastic and laminates of foils on plastic.
