What is Our Process?
We accept designs for Plastic Cover in IGS, CAD, and DXF formats. We are open to suggestions and customization requests from our clients. The designs are analyzed and discussed with the client for clarity. Any design changes are suggested in the initial stages. The prototype building begins after seeking their approval.

Although we are open to custom designing and producing the covers for specific requirements, the following are a few that we manufacture as our standard products.
The covers are made from polyvinyl chloride (PVC). This type of plastic is suitable for manufacturing thin or hard plastic covers. We manufacture these PVC covers for housing or dust-proofing prototypes, flex-boards, nameplates, etc. These are highly suitable for covering the products during transportation, as the water and chemical resistance of PVC is great. Also, it can sustain temperatures up to 260° C. We can achieve opaque or solid textured-exterior of PVC covers.
The hardcovers are made for housing delicate assemblies and products exposed to harsh environments. These hard plastic covers are designed and manufactured for sustaining external impact, vibrations, and chemicals. At Ehren-Haus, we provide hard plastic covers made of acrylic, FR-4 glass epoxy resin, acetal, high impact polystyrene, etc.
We manufacture transparent covers for decorative items like wall decors, wall cap racks, and marketing material like boards and hoardings, prototypes, etc. Acrylic is our first choice for the transparent plastic covers’ material. Acrylic offers impact resistance and a clear see-through appearance to the covers therefore these covers can be used where protection and transparency of products are required.
We manufacture polyethylene covers for products where only water-proofing or an assembly is required. These covers are sheet-type covers, very thin and lightweight.
We manufacture machine guards and covers. These covers are designed and developed for different equipment. The main motive of designing these covers is that post-operation, if the machines are left uncovered, then they get exposed to dust, UV radiations, chemicals, and other external factors. To protect the machines against certain factors, we manufacture high-quality hard-surface machine guards and covers.
Medical equipment or medical storage equipment require UV-resistant, chemical-resistant, and water-retardant covers to protect them against sunlight, chemical exposure, and rusting. Therefore, we manufacture medical device guards and covers by using UV protection and chemical tolerant plastic materials like Ultem®, PVDF, PTFE, etc. These materials are inherently chemical tolerant and UV protection and also offer high strength to medical device guards and covers. We can even manufacture fire-retardant covers for medical devices and other industrial applications.
